Connect with Stranton

All Saint's Stranton

St Luke’s is paired with Stranton in a Diocesan sub-locality. All members of St Luke’s are warmly invited and encouraged to attend any of the activities on offer and similarly we at St Luke's warmly welcome those from Stranton to our services and events.

We are a Fairly Traded Parish

A decision by the P.C.C.

Coffee, tea and biscuits served after our services are from Fairtrade sources, which guarantee that Third World Farmers get fair prices for their products.

We know not what the future holds, but we do know who holds the future.

When praying, don't give God instructions - just report for duty.

Notice-pinOberammergau

Oberammergau

Oberammergau 2010 is many months away but travel companies are required to book seats for the famous Oberammergau passion play in the autumn. Having been to the play in 1980; 1983; 1990 and 2000 I can thoroughly recommend this spiritual experience. A group is being arranged for a seven day visit to the play including a four day cruise on the Rhine. All that is required at this stage is possible numbers. Flight plans and travel costs will be available once play tickets are allocated. For further details contact the Revd. David Youngson on 01642 650 742.
